(grudgingly) Okay... so I guess a little pink isn't SOOO bad. As long as it's kept to a limited basis.
I captured this a couple days ago on our daily Haeley walk. I wanted to see if I could make it seem like I was standing inside the flower, next to the stamen. Plus, I love the contrast of the brown against the pink backdrop, with just a hint of yellow nestled in there, too. Lovely.
I guess pink can stay on for a bit. However, in order to maintain the universe, I decided I must post this one.
Delicate Pink, meet Slimy, Dark Slug.
I call this one, "Sluggin' Through The Jungle." I love that I was able to get down to eye, or rather, "feeler" level. I was captivated as I watched the slug move past the blades of grass. The world of the slug is wondrous, dangerous, and magical. And the sights they see from their vantage are pretty frakkin' cool, too! To illustrate, I give you...
Where's Alice?
(crickets :: frogs)
(more crickets :: more frogs)
(still more crickets :: still more frogs)
Okay... that was worse than the color pink.

OH MAN! Another round of AMAZING photos!
